JSC "Chepetsky Mechanical Plant" has developed the
technology of production of high quality manganese concentrate from low
quality and lean carbonate ores.
The new product has the better quality than the best
grades of manganese ore, existing in the world. Poor manganese ore of Russia
and CIS are used as raw materials.
Joint Company are suggested to be organized on the
territory of "Chepetsky Mechanical Plant". We have production areas and
infrastructure.
The project is planned for the
output of concentrate with the following characteristics:
Base manganese content (Mn) - 58%;
Phosphors content (P) - from traces
up to 0.02%;
Silicon oxide content (SiO2)
- from 0.3% to 1.5%;
Manganese in concentrate exist in
the form of sum of oxides Mn2O3
and Mn3O4.
