On December 27, 1992 Open Joint Stock Company "PHARMACON" was established as a result of reorganising "PHARMACON" plant, a sudivision of the State Industial Asociation"Oktyabr" - in accordance with the resolution of the Saint Petersburg Property Managing Commitee.
