General English

English Writing Skills

English for Cambridge ESOL Exams (FCE, CAE and CPE)
Cambridge ESOL examinations are widely recognised by employers and universities. We offer complete preparation for First Certificate, Advanced and Proficiency examinations.

English for IELTS
IELTS is a recognised test for using English in academic programmes, such as degrees and MBAs. We offer full preparation and support for all parts of the IELTS test.

English for Business Success
Intensive, flexible course for business professionals, to develop effective communication about specialised topics and subjects. Customised for 1-to-1 or small groups.

International Foundation Course
This unique International Foundation Course offers fast track access to degree level study in nine months, combining English language with short modules in business related subjects. A special module will introduce you to specific study skills necessary for undergraduate study.

English for Overseas Teachers (for LINGUA/EU Socrates Comenius funding)
Professional language and methodology development for teachers of English or those about to enter the profession. Cambridge ICELT available. Upper intermediate/advanced.

Cambridge ESOL CELTA (TEFL Certificate)
Intensive initial teacher training course leading to the Cambridge CELTA Certificate. Fees include Cambridge CELTA examination fees. Available as full and part-time options throughout the year.

Cambridge ESOL DELTA (TEFL Diploma)

BTEC Level 3 Hospitality Management
The hospitality industry, which includes hotels and catering, provides a great variety of career opportunities in a fun and lively environment. This vocational qualification is designed to prepare you with a vital combination of practical skills alongside a recognised qualification and end of work placement certificate. Includes one month of intensive English.

Business and Management Courses

IATA/ UFTAA Foundation/ Consultant Diploma Course
This training programme prepares you with an essential mix of travel industry skills, internationally recognised qualifications and vital work experience. The foundation level provides you with an understanding of travel and tourism and the role of technology in this field. The consultant level helps in understanding more complex operations, including the aspects of the travel agency business and fare construction principles.

Cabin Crew Certificate
Our airline Cabin Crew course will significantly enhance your chances of becoming part of this glamorous, fast-paced lifestyle. You will learn how to become a valued cabin crew member with responsibilities for passenger safety and comfort. At the end of the course, providing you meet their criteria, you are guaranteed an interview with BMI and Thomas Cook airlines.

Virgin Atlantic Fares & Ticketing (Level 1 & 2) (IATA Approved)
Certificate course aimed at those wishing to work in the international travel industry. VA1 Provides an introduction to the practical skills involved in planning, quoting and booking flights. VA2 teaches more advanced skills in fares and ticketing. IATA approved.

Airline Computer Reservation Systems – Galileo, Sabre, Worldspan, Amadeus)
Certificate course aimed at those wishing to work in the international travel industry. Increase your skill base and learn how to use one or more of the computerised reservation systems on which the industry depends.

Hotel Booking and Reservation Systems – Fidelio
If you are seeking to forge a career in Hotel Management then you will need to master Fidelio: the leading hotel booking reservation system chosen by premier hotels. This course will cover all aspects of using Fidelio from the reservation process through to room inventory and housekeeping.

Microsoft, CompTIA, CIW & OCR accredited certifications for computing & IT Combine English with a wide range of computer courses including office skills, web design, graphics and publishing. Qualifications available.
