Course/Program description
Both the MBA and MSc in Management follow the same route with MSc and MBA members expected to contribute to a shared learning experience. Those studying for the MSc will gain insights from their network company, which will inform and influence their learning. Those studying for the MBA will be provided with the opportunity to use their previous employment experience and relate this to the programme material and use examples to illustrate concepts. Core modules include: Organisational Analysis and Human Resource Strategy; Information Management and Systems Strategy; Finance and Accounting for Business Strategy; Strategic Management and Marketing; Organisation Development and Change; International Business; Personal and Career Development; research methods, Methodology and Research Conference; Network Company Consultancy Project; Electives.
The MSc in Management and Marketing offers participants to follow a specialized route using the Full-time Masters framework. In addition to the distinctive features of the framework, this route contains three specialized marketing modules that have an extra emphasis on marketing management within an international context. The modules include Strategic Marketing 1 and 2, Marketing Communication and Media.
The MSc in Management and Information Systems is also a specialist route and follows the Full-time Masters framework. There are three specialist modules that examine the economic, social, organizational and technological implications of information systems in an international context. The modules include Process, Analysis and Design; Information Systems Management; Competing in Digital Markets. This programme is subject to approval.
