The Language Centre is part of the School of Modern Languages and Cultures at the University of Leeds. We have been providing high quality English and foreign language support and training in a friendly and academic environment since 1965. The Language Centre offers an extensive range of English language programmes including: • Year-round academic English programmes • Year-round general English programmes • English for specific purposes • IELTS preparation • Modules for undergraduate degree programmes • Modules for the International Foundation Year (IFY) • Professional teacher development programmes • Specially-designed programmes The University of Leeds is one of Britain’s top universities.
