    Majoring in: writing in a newspaper, magazine, TV or broadcasting (news services, book publishing, advertising agency).

    Basic academic disciplines: fundamentals of journalism, theory and methods of creative work in journalism, mass media economics; mass media sociology and psychology, mass media technology, practical stylistics and copy-editing; history of Russian and foreign journalism; marketing and management in the mass media.

    Major fields of research: mass media co-operation, community, persone; historical laws of mass media; argumentation in public texts.
