Academic Higher Education Degree Programmes

Teaching methods

The study programmes are based on a combination of lectures and active participative learning. Case studies, stimulation games, group projects are included in all the courses. Long-term programme participants have an obligatory internship course in a Russian or a foreign company (abroad). Project work is an integral part of the MBA programme. Most projects deal with the participants' companies ideas.

Special characteristics

The quality of the programmes offered is ensured by the combination of lecturers, professional academics and practising top managers. Visiting professors' lectures, the participative character of learning, follow-up internships and study tours abroad to foreign companies and management development centres are basic features of the teaching process. The programmes are addressed to those who either work or will be working in the Russian business environment. They are a combination of advanced Western business education experience and the analysis of the specific features of the Russian market. Due to its developed network of branches in the former Soviet Union, MIRBIS is able to provide unique expertise in training, consulting and helping those who want to penetrate the Russian market.
