MSc in Finance & Management
This MSc is designed for ambitious graduates who want to develop careers as finance professionals. The programme recognises that in today’s rapidly changing markets finance knowledge and expertise needs to be combined with management skills. Compulsory management courses in accounting, economics, marketing, organisational and strategic management complement the focus on finance.

MSc in Strategic Marketing
Designed for both practising managers and for recent graduates considering a career in marketing, the programme is focused around four core modules: strategic marketing, customer management, marketing operations & organisation and market analysis & assessment. A dissertation in the second half provides the opportunity to apply the knowledge and skills acquired throughout the programme to a real project or current marketing issue.

The programme provides practical and thorough research-grounded knowledge of international and comparative HRM, organisational behaviour and employee relations.

MSc in International HR Management (Defence)
The course has been designed to develop students’ understanding of HRM issues at an international level in the defence environment. It will help students acquire the appropriate skills and knowledge to practise international people management. In addition to enhancing students’ specialist knowledge in the field of HRM, a number of the modules will deal specifically with the human resource issues raised by the defence context.

MSc in Managing Organisational Performance
This MSc has been launched in order to increase organisational performance capabilities in both the public and private sectors. The MSc is designed to give mid-career individuals the knowledge, skills, confidence and experience necessary for performance management roles. It provides practical and thorough research-grounded knowledge of planning performance outcomes, managing performance, measuring performance and reviewing performance.

MSc in Programme and Project Management
Through the rigour of the yearly progression through a PG Cert/PG Dip/MSc structure, this course will develop both programme and project management competence in an environment which brings together both Ministry of Defence and public sector supplier personnel in a unique ‘customer and supplier’ environment.

It is designed to fully develop students’ career potential while providing a competitive advantage to their organisation in the way it manages programmes and projects.

MSc by Research in Leading Learning and Change
This is a novel, research-based, issue-driven qualification, which will give you the opportunity to work in learning sets with other managers from a range of organisations. This MSc will provide you with a distinctive developmental opportunity, providing you with the ideal opportunity to stand back from your work role, increase your understanding of learning and change issues as well as gain and practice the research skills, which will allow you to carry out projects in a valid and reflective way. The programme structure, involving residential periods as well as independent study, suits managers juggling further education with their career.
