Established in 1890, North Dakota State University (NDSU) is located in Fargo, North Dakota. An accredited university, NDSU is one of two research institutions in the state and is a leader in the agricultural, scientific, technical, and technological areas.
More than 11.000 students attend NDSU, 350 of those are international students from over 50 different countries. The campus has its own newspaper, radio station, campus store, and post office. The FargoDome brings top entertainers and sports events to the campus.
The Fargo metropolitan area has a population of 150,000 in a relatively safe, secure, and clean environment. Fargo has a high quality education system, complete medical system, strong business environment, entertainment and cultural activities, and excellent parks, golf courses, and other public facilities.
